Contract

Ongoing reels and ads for Central Electric, a member-owned electric cooperative serving more than 24,000 homes and businesses across five central North Carolina counties. The content centers on the members themselves, showing how they can save and get more from their co-op. The look and feel lean into warmth, home and family.

Short-form reels for the YMCA focused on youth and families, highlighting kids' access to the Y's programs and spaces. The edits are fun, upbeat and high-energy, built to motivate new members to join.

Commercials and social ads for RIVR Tech, a fiber internet provider that serves rural and underserved communities in southeastern North Carolina. The ads open on a pain point everyone knows, unreliable Wi-Fi, and answer it with reliability, comfort and security in a clean, tech-forward style.

Reflection

Trust your skills, give them time to grow.

My first interview with Fungi didn't land me the job, which stung, because I loved their mix of creative freedom and clear guardrails for social content. Two months later, after sharpening my video editing skills at Snapology, a STEM company, Fungi came back and offered me the Lead Video Editor role. The lesson: trust your skills, give them time to grow, and remember that people are watching. Sometimes you take a step back to move six steps forward.
